FFL TRANSFER FEE IS $44

No transfer pickups after 5:30pm or on Sunday's

STEP 1: Purchase your firearm online.
STEP 2: Give your seller this email GunShopOffice@gmail.com so they can receive our FFL.
STEP 3: Wait for Two Bear Arms FFL Team to CALL YOU and schedule your pickup time once they receive and check in your firearm. (Check in time may take up to 3 business days to check in once delivered.)
STEP 4: Once we contact you with a pick up time, come to the store at your scheduled time with your valid photo ID, ID MUST have current physical address.

We do not offer Class 3 Silencer/ SBR Transfers.

ATTENTION: Do not follow tracking of your transfer to the store. Please wait until we call you and tell you your transfer is ready for pickup. We receive lots of guns each week that have to be booked into our system in the order in which they are received. We will contact you once your firearm is in our system and ready for transfer. This is normally the business day after we receive it. We thank you for your patience.

Terms & Conditions

The person listed on the packing slip or transfer invoice is the only one able to pick up the firearm. Minors are prohibited from doing FFL Transfers.
NOTE: 18-21 year old will be delayed by the NICS system automatically for a minim of 10 days. This is a new federal law (Dec. 2022), this is not optional, and is now federal law for all gun shops.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipper sends us an FFL and a bill of sale with purchaser's name and phone number listed. No transfer will be picked up before we receive these items. We are required by law to obtain these items the same day as we receive the firearm.
If we do not receive the bill of sale and FFL with the firearm shipment, we charge a $20 RESEARCH FEE. This fee will be paid prior to pickup. All boxes containing items sent to us for transfer will be opened and inspected.
We will hold the firearm in inventory for 14 Days. If you do not pick up the firearm within that time period, a Required Storage Fee will be assessed for the following days after ($10.00 per day). After 45 Days, the firearm will become legal property of Two Bear Arms and no recourse will be due to consumer.
We do not accept any NFA items for transfer, with or without paperwork. We are a Class 3 dealer BUT only in items we order in directly from the manufacture or distributor with proper paperwork.

*PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing a Gun for someone else, even online is illegal and considered a "Straw Purchase." If you are not the actual transferee/buyer, we cannot transfer the firearm(s) to you under U.S.C. 922(g), (n) or (x). To learn more about Straw Purchases please click the link below.
FFL TRANSFERS that mistakenly show up at our store due to wrong FFL information will be a $75 FEE + Shipping Costs. Customer will have 1 Week to have arrangements to ship firearm(s) out of Two Bear Arms. Two Bear Arms reserves the right to retain item(s) as permanent inventory if Customer has no arrangements after 14 Business Days.
-If a customer sends a firearm to us for transfer and the customer is DENIED on their NICS background check, the customer is responsible for a $100 DENIAL FEE that covers our processing fee's in and out. Customer is also responsible for the SHIPPING to return the firearm to the seller. Additionally, the customer is responsible to arrange shipping by providing the shipping label and any required information. We will NOT ship the firearm back to the seller until these items are paid in full.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any FFL Transfer at our discretion or if we feel illegal activity is being conducted. Illegal activity is reported to the ATF & Local Law Enforcement Agency's.
