Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on general merchandise with the following:
- Items must be returned within 14 Days from purchase with the original tags attached & receipt.
- Returns must be unopened or unused and must contain all packaging in good condition.
The following is non-returnable:
- Personal Wear Items such as glasses, hearing protection, duck calls, or any items used near the face (due to COVID-19)
- Optics such as scopes, red dots, lasers, and magnifiers
- Electronic devices such as trail cameras, tacticam, thermal optics or night vision
- Firearms (New or Used)
- Ammunition, including powder and primers
A 10-day period is required for a cash refund on check purchases. Earlier than 10 Days will be issued a Store Gift Card. Merchandise credits are subject to the Terms and Conditions printed thereon and imposed by the issuer which may include restrictions on transfers.
Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.
Gift Cards are non-returnable and valid only 1 Year from issue date.

Product Quality
At Two Bear Arms, our values extend to the longstanding relationships we build with our vendors. Our vendors warrant to our Company that their goods have been manufactured and shipped in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including human rights standards.
If merchandise is found to be inconsistent with safety or social standards, we take appropriate steps and will remove the product in question from sale if necessary. In the case of product recalls conducted in cooperation with governmental agencies, we work closely with our vendors and/or the appropriate agencies to ensure the required recall information is available to our customers. We have solid practices in place, which include instructing our store to quickly pull recalled product off our shelves and posting in-store signage to inform customers of actions they may take.
